This is the perfect home for a multi-generation family vacation!
In 2018 we completed construction of this vacation home on a private road, directly on “the Nubble” and across the street from the ocean. Enjoy the (partial) ocean views and only a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse are both a 10-minute walk. When you are not at the beach you can enjoy your time outside on the covered deck on the 3rd floor.
This home is “accessible” to each floor via a custom-built elevator. Other accessible features include larger hallways/doorways and spacious bathrooms make it easy to get around for everyone.
To maximize the ocean views, this is an “upside down” house featuring a 1,400 sq. ft. open concept 3rd floor with the kitchen and living room and a 17’ x 17’ covered deck with a large weber grill. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, gas stove, granite counters, large island and walk in pantry and is stocked with all the essentials.
The deck from the 3rd floor looks south to long sands beach and west to the beautiful York sunsets, making this a perfect spot to start or end your day.
The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed + full bed, the 2nd is a master suite with a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. This floor has a large 10’ x 22’ common bath with a large soaking tub and large walk-in shower design to accessible and a wheelchair accessible toilet.
The 1st floor (ground floor) has a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom.
The 25’ x 25’ garage provides ample space for a large van and for storing all your beach toys.

About the OwnerWe own a home on the Nubble within walking distance of these vacation homes. Having been fortunate to be able to share our Nubble home with family and friends, we developed a vacation community “on the Nubble” consisting of 4 homes within walking distance to Long Sands Beach, Short Sands Beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. We designed these homes for multi-generation family vacations. Two of houses are wheelchair accessible with an elevator to all 3 floors. We aspire to provide a vacation home to create great memories for your families and friends. We are hands-on and walk thru each home before you arrive to ensure that it is clean and ready for you to enjoy. Our daughter Danielle will work with you in advance of your vacation to provide you all the information needed. During your stay, Tom will contact you to ensure everything is as expected and to ask if you need anything.

There is a 2 night minimum from September-May, 3 night minimum in June and a weekly minimum in July-August. * Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum.
We do not allow weddings, showers and parties. We also do not allow pets (no exceptions).
